Binche, dam of Mauritzfontein’s exciting young sire Byword, visits undefeated superstar Frankel once again in 2017.
Binche, dam of two G1 winners and a former Broodmare Of The Year, is one of a stellar book of mares to visit the sensational sire Frankel this year.

Frankel, like Binche owned by Juddmonte Farms, is the highest rated thoroughbred in the history of Timeform with his undefeated 14 race sequence including 10 G1 victories.
He made a huge sensation with his first 2yos last year, with Frankel’s first 2yos including no fewer than six group/graded winners.

His top offspring includes Japanese G1 winner and champion Soul Stirring, as well as group winners Fair Eva, Queen Kindly, Frankuus and Toulifaut. Frankel’s progeny have also been in high demand in sales rings all over the world.

Binche, a daughter of 2yo champion Woodman, is dam not only of G1 Prince  Of Wales’s Stakes winner and French champion Byword, but also multiple G1 winning filly Proviso (by Ideal World’s close relative Dansili). The latter won nine races, including four times at G1 level, and earned more than $1.7 million in prize money.

Binche’s third dam is the great mare Peace, winner of the Blue Seal Stakes and ancestress of G1 winners Quiet Fling (Coronation Cup), Continent (July Cup), Wandesta (Champion) and Zambezi Sun (Grand Prix de Paris) among others.
