Eye catching first timer wins for Warm White Night

Klawervlei’s promising young sire Warm White Night had a smart looking first timer score at the Vaal on Thursday afternoon.
The Barend Botes trained Stark, who is part-owned by his trainer, made it a win first time out by getting up to beat the well fancied Raydaveric and win by a neck.

Bred by Raymond Koopstad, Stark races for Messrs Botes, Coates, and O’Connor, as well as Mr and Mrs Michaelides.

He is the latest promising three-year-old to have emerged from his dual Gr1 winning sire’s second crop –this crop having also resulted in the graded performer Buffalo Soldier, and the smart looking filly Warm Night Alice.

From the outstanding Gone West male line, Warm White Night made a cracking start to his stud career, with his small first crop produced a pair of graded winners in Hard Day’s Night (G2 Selangor Cup) and Harlem Shake (G3 Final Fling Stakes).

The impeccably bred son of Western Winter has two well related lots on offer at the up coming CTS Ready To Run Sale Presented by Lanzerac Hotel & Spa:
