More success for Where’s That Tiger

The Alchemy’s well bred young sire Where’s That Tiger certainly has a superb strike rate with his South African runners.
Storm Cat’s blue blooded son was at it again at Turffontein on Saturday when his talented daughter Tiger’s Touch stormed home to land the G3 Sycamore Sprint by 3.4 lengths over 1160m.

Bred in Australia, Tiger’s Touch produced an explosive turn of foot to win the R250 000 race going away from feature race winners Sensible Lover and Easy Game, and stopped the clock in a time of 66.75.

Saturday’s win pushed the four-year-old filly’s formline to four wins and five placings from just nine starts, with the Sean Tarry trained Tiger’s Touch having now earned over R400 000.

Her sire Where’s That Tiger has been represented by just nine runners in South Africa, but six have won, and three (Tiger’s Touch, Tiger Quest and Supertube) are feature race winners.
