HEMEL ‘N AARDE STUD announces the launch of its updated and redesigned website to coincide with a series of developments on the farm. David and Sandy Hepburn-Brown’s beautiful property in the Hemel ‘n Aarde Valley near Hermanus is now a showcase for a list of new developments to add to new buildings already in service:

A new entertainment extension to the main house is completed with top-to-bottom glass doors and new landscaping creating new views
New guest accommodation of ensuite bedrooms is under construction

A number of new kamps have been cleared under the mountain with stunning views to the ocean
More new spaces across the lower region of the farm are visible from the approach road
Extensive new fencing is in place
A new showing runway is already in use with additional landscaping for visitor parking in the pipeline
Next on the list is the relocation of the office, extra accommodation for on-site staff and another guest bedroom

The Stud is the focus, but the locality has become a major Wine Route in its own right with immediate neighbours such as Bouchard Finlayson, Sumaridge, Newton Johnson, Creation and La Vierge, not to mention several award winning restaurants.

The website has new pages throughout and will be further developed. It is already having to keep pace with the lists of winners bred and raised, or started and spelled at Hemel ‘n Aarde under the direction of the owners and of Farm Manager Wendy Hvidsten.
