Ninth first crop winner for Querari

Maine Chance Farms’ exceptional young resident sire Querari was represented by his ninth individual first crop winner when Priceless Querari scored at Fairview on Friday.

Bred by Botha family, Priceless Querari was produced by the Classic Flag mare Priceless Flag.

His sire Querari has made an exceptional start to his stud career and currently ranks as South Africa’s second leading first crop sire by stakes.

The sire of champion sprinter Oasis Dream has already got three black type performers to his credit, a tally which includes the undefeated G2 The Debutante winner Cosmic Light.

Out of the stakes winning Acatenango mare Quetena, the former G1 Premio Presidente Della Repubblica winning Querari is a half brother to Quasillo –one of the top ranked 3yos in Germany in 2015.
