Regally bred Dynasty filly wins on debut

The beautifully bred Dynasty filly, Eternal Spring, made a smart winning debut when scoring over 1400m at the Vaal on Tuesday.
Owned by Varsfontein Stud, and bred by Klawervlei Stud, Eternal Spring was a R425 000 buy from last year’s Cape Premier Yearling Sale.

Out of the Gone West mare Evading Tempete, Eternal Spring is a half sister to former G3 Premio Regina Elena (Italian 1000 Guineas) winner Evading Tempete (Dubai Destination) and this is also the family of Klawervlei’s highly successful sire Count Dubois among others.

Eternal Spring continued the great run of form that former Horse Of The Year Dynasty’s progeny have enjoyed of late.

Responsible for recent Listed Settlers Trophy winner Francia, Dynasty’s trio of Saturday winners this past weekend included undefeated 3yo African Night Sky, while  his promising 3yo Craven could continue Dynasty’s great run of form when he lines up at Kenilworth tomorrow.

The sire of 39 stakes winners (and counting), Dynasty’s 17 individual G1 horses include champions Beach Beauty, Bela-Bela, Futura, Irish Flame, and Legislate.
