Stud fees set for Go Deputy, Visionaire

Lammerskraal Stud are pleased to announce the stud fees of their two prominent resident sires for 2016.
Sire sensation Go Deputy, whose offspring include Triple Crown winner Abashiri, will stand for a fee of R20 000 live foal this season, while his exciting stable mate, Visionaire, will boast a fee of R40 000 live foal.

Both sires are superbly bred G1 winners – Go Deputy, a Deputy Minister half brother to G1 Pacific Classic hero Dare And Go, won six times including the G1 Sword Dancer Invitational Handicap.
Visionaire, in turn, is a Grand Slam (by Gone West from the family of Alydar) half brother to recent US G1 winning Tara’s Tango, and his five victories included both the G1 King’s Bishop Stakes and G3 Gotham Stakes.

Go Deputy enjoyed marked success at the recent National Yearling Sale, where his only two lots on offer grossed R950 000, while the Gone West line horse Visionaire has already had South African born offspring fetch up to R1 400 000.
