Two out of three for Visionaire filly

Lammerskraal Stud’s exciting young stallion Visionaire looks to have a really smart filly on his hands in the form of Comme-Ci-Comme-Ca.
The latter, who was bred by Summerhill Stud, made it two wins from just three outings when scoring a gritty half length win over 1200m at the Vaal on Tuesday.
A good winner on debut, the Roy Magner trained three-year-old had followed that first up win with a good third to the very smart Hollie Point, before adding to her tally with Tuesday’s score.

Comme-Ci-Comme-Ca is one of but a number of smart three-year-olds represented former Leading First Crop Sire Visionaire this season.
Others include Visuality, who ran third in Saturday’s G2 Joburg Spring F&M Challenge, G1 performer Africa Rising –a winner of two of his only four outings, and the undefeated Aggressive.

A former winner of the G1 King’s Bishop Stakes, and a proven classic sire, Visionaire has a single lot representing him at Saturday’s CTS Ready To Run Sale Presented by Lanzerac Hotel & Spa:

Lot 13 –a half brother to seven winners, including G1 performer Patriotic Rebel, this colt’s dam is by top class broodmare sire Qui Danzig out of former G1 winning 2yo Rebellious. The family of top sprinter Even Beat
