Eye catching foals for first season sires
With the foaling season now in full swing, a number of young stallions are being represented by their first crop of foals on the ground.
Highlands Farm’s Pathfork was very popular in his first season at stud. Among the former Irish Champion’s mates was Nutfield Stud’s beautifully bred mare Escondida.

A three parts sister to Equus Champion and promising young sire Elusive Fort, Escondida produced this lovely chestnut colt.

Another first season sire with his first foal on the ground is the globetrotting Grade One winner Gitano Hernando.
The former Goodwood Stakes winner covered Nutfield Stud’s In The Wings mare, Paris At Night, and produced this very flashy and appealing chestnut colt.
