Trebles for Dynasty and Black Minnaloushe
Highlands Farm’s leading resident sire Dynasty had a tremendous spell over the weekend.
His treble of winners was highlighted by a great return to form by his son Jackson, who won the third Grade One race of his career when successful in the R750 000 Champions Cup.

Dynasty, who has some lovely juveniles representing him this season, was also represented by an impressive debut winner, in the form of Daring Dave.
The final leg of the sire’s hatrick came in the form of  Princess Line, who was victorious at Turffontein on Sunday.

Maine Chance Farms’ resident sire Black Minnaloushe was another sire represented by a hatrick of winners over the weekend.
Like Dynasty, Black Minnaloushe was represented by a Grade One winner on Saturday, when his talented 2yo Kochka won the initial top flight race of his career – the Premier’s Champion Stakes.

Black Minnaloushe has now produced 13 Gr1 horses, and six individual Grade One winners.

The former Irish 2000 Guineas was also represented by Storm Dancer, who was successful at Greyville on Gold Cup day, and William Conquest, victorious for the title chasing Sean Tarry at Turffontein on Sunday.
