Ridgemont Highlands’ triple G1 winning sire Jackson had a notable double on Friday with his progeny scoring at both Fairview and Hollywoodbets Greyville.

Jackson’s double was highlighted by his daughter Time To Roll’s impressive debut win at Greyville on Friday.
The Boland Stud bred 3yo ran on nicely under Anton Marcus to win first time out over 1400m by a length and a half for trainer Alyson Wright.

Out of the Bel Esprit mare Arcetri Dawn, Time To Roll was a R140 000 buy from the 2019 KZN Yearling Sale.

Jackson also enjoyed success at Fairview on Friday, with his gelded son Jackson Pollack breaking his maiden over 1600m for trainer Candice Bass-Robinson and jockey Aldo Domeyer.
Out of the Theatrical mare Sound The Flute, Jackson Pollack was a R40 000 buy from the 2019 CTS Ready To Run Sale.

From the same family as multiple champion sire Smart Strike, Jackson’s notable progeny include dual G3 winner Pretty Young Thing, Winter Solstice Stormsvlei Stakes 1-2 finishers Eva Eileen and Flame Tree, and millionaires Pure State and Count Jack.
