Varsfontein Stud’s successful Jet Master horse Master Of My Fate, who hails from one of the hottest families in the South African stud book, had a memorable day at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Monday when the former G2 Premier Trophy/G2 Peninsula Handicap winner supplied a trio of winners on Greyville’s nine race card.

Master Of My Fate’s first success on Monday came when his Paul Gadsby trained daughter Capriccio landed the fourth race on the card, a maiden plate for fillies and mares over 1800m.

Under jockey Warren Kennedy, the John and Liz Slade bred Capriccio pulled clear of her chasing rivals to record a near two length win.

The inform Master Of My Fate, whose daughter Miss Elegance ran a cracker when second in Saturday’s G3 Fillies Mile, made it a quick double when his Dennis Drier trained daughter Masters Beauty landed Monday’s fifth race under jockey Sean Veale while making it back to back wins.

Bred by the Boland Stud, Masters Beauty took her tally of wins to three with a near length win on Monday.

Master Of My Fate, whose current 3yos include such notable G1 winners as Sentbydestiny and Tempting Fate, had his final success on Monday when his Robbie/Shannon Hill trained son Quant Master won the eighth race over 1200m.

Bred by Varsfontein Stud, the gelded Quant Master dug down deep to score for a second time while winning by half a length.
