Varsfontein Stud’s multiple champion sire Gimmethegreenlight is the sire of the inform Kleinzee.
That five-year-old made it seven wins in a row when she won at Fairview on Friday afternoon.

Trained by Alan Greeff, Kleinzee was sent off a well backed fancy for Friday’s Betway Conditions Plate (F and M) (1600m).
Under Richard Fourie, the five-year-old raced well off the pace early on.
Kleinzee quickened up smartly and hit the front 200m from home, with the Gimmethegreenlight mare drawing clear to win by two and a quarter lengths,

Bred by Wilgerbosdrift & Mauritzfontein, Kleinzee races for Mr and Mrs Steven Jell.

The mare is out of the Cape Cross mare Diamond Coast. The latter, who won over 1600m, hails from the family of current sire sensation Sioux Nation as well as the likes of Majestic Prince, Real Quiet and His Majesty.
Unbeaten in the Eastern Cape, Kleinzee has won nine of 18 outings.
Her inform sire had a trio of winners on Friday, with the Varsfontein resident’s well bred daughters Gimme Sunshine and Match That winning races three and eight respectively at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Friday.

Gimmethegreenlight had enjoyed success at the Vaal one day earllier when his progressive son Gone Cold won the third race on the card.

Gimmethegreenlight has  two lots on offer at the October Two Year Old Sale.
