Klawervlei Stud’s four time G1 winning stallion Twice Over looks to have come up with another smart sort in the form of Red Lark.

The latter made it three wins in a row, and three wins from just four starts, when scoring a convincing win at Durbanville on Tuesday afternoon.
Trained by Andre Nel, the Sabine Plattner bred and owned Red Lark powered home, under jockey Aldo Domeyer, to post a three-parts of a length win in Tuesday’s 1800m contest.
Three-year-old Red Lark is yet to put a foot wrong, with the gelding running fourth on debut before posting three consecutive wins.
His sire Twice Over, the Champion Older Male in Europe of 2010, is no stranger to siring high-class gallopers, with Twice Over’s other notable runners headed by dual Vodacom Durban July winner, and former Horse Of The Year, Do It Again and fellow G1 winner Sand And Sea.
Twice Over has 14 lots on offer at the upcoming Emperors Palace National 2YO Sale and a further ten lots on the CTS Ready To Run, Unbroken 2 Year Old & Mixed Sale.
