The well performed Undercover Agent, who will stand his first season at Klawervlei Stud in 2019, gained a further boost to his pedigree page when his half-brother Takatul romped home to a 3.25 length score over 1600m on Monday.
The three-year-old Takatul has now won or placed in each of his last four starts.

One of 19 G1 winners sired by Klawervlei’s multiple champion sire Captain Al, Undercover Agent himself is set to make his next start in Saturday’s G1 Tsogo Sun Sprint, before attempting to defend his title in the G1 Rising Sun Gold Challenge.

Undercover Agent will be syndicated at 45 shares of R85 000 each – which includes two services per year for the first four years.
An impressive winner of the recent G2 The Independent On Saturday Drill  Hall Stakes, Undercover  Agent has won or placed in 12 of 16 outings, with his previous wins including the 2018 G1 Rising Sun Gold Challenge and 2018 G3 Byerley Turk.

Undercover Agent, a 3/4 brother to the Captain Al sired Listed Summer Juvenile Stakes winner Only Emily is out of Winter Oaks winner Secret Risk, and he will join Captain Of All (currently a leading first crop sire) and William Longsword as G1 winning sons of Captain Al standing at Klawervlei Stud.
