Drakenstein Stud’s top-class stallion One World looks to have come up with yet another promising two-year-old this season in the form of One Magic.
The latter made the perfect start to his career when he made a winning debut at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth on Tuesday.

One of three winners on the card for Justin Snaith, One Magic was sent off a 9-2 shot for Tuesday’s Join The Race Coast Turf Club Maiden Juvenile Plate (1000m).
Under Aldo Domeyer, the One World stormed home from off the pace to win going away by a length and three quarters.

Tuesday’s winner, who is out of the Philanthropist mare Magic School, was a R900 000 buy from the 2025 Summer Sale.

One Magic is the seventh two-year-old winner this season for champion One World. The latter’s juvenile winners this season also include G3 Godolphin Barb Stakes winner and G1 Gold Medallion second Rich Man’s World as well as Listed TAB Storm Bird Stakes hero World Attraction.

The G1 Sun Met winning One World is also poised to make headlines internationally this weekend, with his champion son One Stripe a leading contender for Saturday’s G1 Resorts World Casino Manhattan Stakes. The Drakenstein bred One Stripe had finished runner up in the G1 Pegasus World Cup Turf Invitational Stakes and G1 Maker’s Mark Mile Stakes.
