Rosedene Stud’s multiple G1 winning stallion Greys Inn had a quick fire double over the weekend, with the Greys Inn double headed by his son Three To Tango winning Sunday’s G3 Zimbabwe Derby at Borrowdale.

Bred by the Sandown Stud, 3yo colt Three To Tango made it win number three from just seven starts when landing Sunday’s 2400m contest by two lengths for trainer Kirk Swanson and jockey Raymond Danielson.
Yet to finish out of the money, Three To Tango had previously finished third in the G3 Zimababwe 2000 and fourth in the Zimbabwe Guineas.

Out of the Joshua Dancer mare Danseuse, Three To Tango (bred on the same Greys Inn/Joshua Dancer cross as G2 Hawaii Stakes winner Chekilli) was a R50 000 buy from the 2017 National Yearling Sale.

His July winning sire Greys Inn also enjoyed success at Kenilworth on Saturday when his 3yo daughter Grey Princess romped home to break her maiden by 2.75 lengths over 1600m for trainer Michael Robinson and jockey Robert Khathi.

Winner of the 2004 Vodacom Durban July, Greys Inn has produced the winners of over $4.3 million with his progeny including dual Horse Of The Year Legal Eagle and fellow G1 winners Royal Bencher and King Of Pain.
