The Cape Breeders’ Club will host its popular annual Stallion Services Auction at the Pearl Valley Golf Estate on May 27th.
The auction, which will offer breeders the chance to acquire services to some of the Cape’s best and most promising stallions, is set to commence after a golf day and dinner, with non golfing visitors able to attend from 17:30 onwards (non golfers will be able to either enjoy a spa session or sample some outstanding wines).
As usual, the CBC Stallion Services Auction offer services to some outstanding sires, with this year’s roster including the likes of Flower Alley, Gimmethegreenlight, Master Of My Fate, Pomodoro, Querari, Twice Over, Vercingetorix, Visionaire and What A Winter –to name but a few.
Exciting new-comers to this auction include Deep Impact champion Danon Platina, Dubawi’s dual G1 winning son Erupt, the blue blooded War Front sire Fire Away, Snitzel’s G1 winning son Heavenly Blue, Dynasty’s G3 winner Horizon (whose dam is a full-sister to Silvano), and War Front’s G1 Tattersalls Gold Cup hero Lancaster Bomber.
