29th stakes winner for Master Of My Fate

Varsfontein Stud’s top-class sire Master Of My Fate came up with his 29th stakes winner on Friday.
His unbeaten daughter Anotherdanceforme made it back-to-back Listed East Cape Fillies Nursery wins for Master Of My Fate when she won that Fairview feature impressively.
Last year, fellow Master Of My Fate filly Splicethemainbrace won the East Cape Fillies Nursery.
Trained, like Splicethemainbrace, by Alan Greeff, Anotherdanceforme turned Friday’s R150 000 contest into a one horse race.
Under Richard Fourie, the two-year-old romped home, under a hands and heels ride, to score as she liked by five and a quarter lengths.
Bred, like Splicethemainbrace, by Varsfontein, Anotherdanceforme has won all three of her starts.
Anotherdanceforme, out of the What A Winter mare Destiny Dancer, is a full-sister to 2024 Listed Sweet Chestnut Stakes winner Princess Izzy.
Friday’s winner was a R650 000 purchase from the 2024 National Yearling Sale.
Anotherdanceforme was one of two winners for her sire on Friday, with Master Of My Fate filly First Wish winning the Play Soccer 6,10 and 13 Oaks Plate for the same combination.
The progressive First Wish, who has won her last three starts,  is out of the Judpot mare Little Genie.
The inform Master Of My Fate had yearlings make up to R650 000 on the first day of the March Yearling Sale.
